By downloading or using Manhwa Chat ("the App") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By confirming the age screen on first launch you state that you are 18 or older.
All characters in the App are original, fictional characters. Every character reply is generated by artificial intelligence and is labelled "AI-generated". Replies may be inaccurate, unexpected or inappropriate. They are not the views of any real person, are not advice (medical, legal, financial, psychological or otherwise) and must not be relied on. If you are in crisis or danger, contact local emergency services.
You agree not to use the App to:
We may filter, refuse or remove content, and may limit or block access from a device that breaks these rules.
Every AI reply can be reported with the in-app report action. We review reports and act on them within 24 hours where possible. You can also contact us at support@TODO.
Replies are generated using a third-party AI provider (Anthropic). Your messages are shared with that provider only to generate replies, as described in our Privacy Policy: https://manhwa-chat-legal.pages.dev/privacy-policy.html.
The App, its design, artwork and characters belong to us or our licensors. You may use them only within the App for personal, non-commercial use. You keep any rights you have in the text you write; you grant us a limited licence to process it to operate the App.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available". We may change, suspend or discontinue any feature or character at any time. We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or from AI-generated content.
